SIATech schools has an expert leadership team led by Dr. Terrance Mims who serves as superintendent and chief education officer. The school network maintains a central office team which provides support and oversight to its school locations located throughout California. A principal oversees each SIATech school campus with teams of credentialed teachers. All SIATech school staff are passionate about providing the highest quality educational experience for its students.

Superintendent and Chief Education Officer
Dr. Terrance Mims brings over 20 years of educational leadership experience to SIATech Schools and defines what it means to be a leader in developing educational programs that address the social, emotional, and academic needs of students from marginalized communities.
In Fresno, California, born and raised, Dr. Mims spent his early days in education as a social studies teacher in Oakland and San Francisco. He went on to work as an Assistant High School Principal for the Bellevue School District and as a High School Principal for Edmonds-Woodway High School in Washington. In addition to his work in secondary schools, Dr. Mims served as an adjunct professor at the University of Washington, where he taught courses in Resource Management for school leadership, as well as Antioch University, Seattle, where he taught courses in Educational Leadership and School Reform in Antioch University’s Master’s in Education Program.
Dr. Mims holds a masters degree in Educational Leadership, a Policy Studies and Administrative Services Credential, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Washington’s Danforth Leadership program.
