RASPA
The Reaching At-Promise Students Association (RAPSA) was founded as a national extension of professional development offerings by SIATech. RAPSA’s network is comprised of elementary and secondary teachers, administrators, counselors, and community members working with at-promise youth. The RAPSA web site provides resources addressing the unique needs of this student population and includes a monthly newsletter, quarterly research journal, and professional development opportunities. Members have access to online seminars and forum chats with education experts.
