 The Florida School for Integrated Academics and Technologies in Miami-Dade officially opened its doors to students on August 16, 2004. This new member of the
SIATech family is unique in the sense that it operates as one school housed in two separate and distinct locations within Miami, Florida. The instructional team and staff members also operate as one although they work at opposite ends of the county. In order to distinguish between the two sites, the staff members commonly refer to each site as SIATech at Miami and SIATech at Homestead.
